Washington

Nestled up next to St George Utah you will find Washington City which is home to approximately 30,000 residents. This small-town feel community is loved by all who live here due to the great Schools, multiple family-oriented parks, and friendly neighborhoods placed throughout. Washington city also has many visitors come to play on their Green Springs Golf Course. Due to the amazing weather and dry climate you can play golf year-round on this challenging course!

Hurricane

Only 15 Minutes Northeast of St George Utah you will find approximately 13,000 residents that proudly call Hurricane Utah home! Known as the gateway to some of Utah’s most loved National parks, Hurricane Utah has much to offer their residence including a small town feel, great golf courses, beautiful views, large sand dunes, and two reservoirs (Sand Hallow and Quail Lake). Most popular is Sand Hollow state park because of it’s sandy beach and it’s in the back yard of one of our great family neighborhoods Dixie Springs!

Ivins

Star light, star bright, The first star I see tonight…. This amazing community is neighbor the city of St George Utah and is known for its starlit skies and famous outdoor Taucahn Amphitheater where everyone gathers and delights in the Entertainment. Ivins Utah has many great communities where you will be surrounded by the lovely red rock views of Snow Canyon State Park, a beautiful golf course (Entrada), fine dining, spas, and many outdoor activities. This neighborhood is one of Southern Utah’s most desired and resides next to another favorite Kayenta!

Santa Clara

SAY CHEESE! Santa Clara celebrates their heritage every year in September with Swiss days. For all you cheese lovers I am sorry to say this is not a celebration of cheese, the residence are paying tribute to the Swiss Pioneers that settled the area in 1961! Santa Clara is also well known for the Jacob Hamilton Home Museum and its plentiful crops of produce that you can purchase during the growing season at the local farmers market.

Virgin

Located right next to the Virgin River and not far from Zion National Park and Gunlock State Park is the small town of Virgin Utah. Here you will find a small population of less then 700 with open space and gorgeous views. Virgin is also home of the world renowned Red Bull Rampage!

Springdale

Nestled at the gates of Zion National Park, where adventure and breathtaking views await, you will find the internationally visited town of Springdale Utah. Toquerville

Ask any residence of Toquerville what they love about their small town and it will most likely to be the family oriented atmosphere of the area. Rich in agriculture due to grand supply of irrigation and culinary water, open land, and rich culture make it easy for people to fall in love with this quaint oasis. Toquerville is located 30 minutes North of St George, is home to Toquerville Falls (a popular local swimming hole) and boast miles of trails to adventure on!

Some may say you will find the sweetest corn on Earth in this small town that inhabits roughly 700 residents. Enterprise Utah is home to a small community of farming, families, and summer getaways. Every year at the end of August they celebrate their rich agriculture with the “Cornfest“! Family travel from nearby cities to join Enterprise in all the fun family entertainment and shop the local booths full of sweet corn and other homemade goods!
